And what of the sleep of colorless green dreams?

I think that's true. If we don't share our dreams with our companions, I don't see how they could really be called a companion?

True, but there are two parts to sharing: the share-er and the receiver. And even if the sharing in received, can the two parties really be said to have the same dream? Or one supports the other's dream? I suppose true companionship means that the partner's dreams become our own, but as I've never seen or experienced this, I'm still grappling with the concept.
Good point. There are so many dreams or goals, that most of them overlap. Some dreams mean more to one than the other. The essential dreams, like a life filled with peace and joy, good health for the family, the dreams for our children are the essential dreams I think we all share. It's the extracurricular ones that might be the struggle, it has been for us sometimes.
I do think that without the support of your companion either way, it's impossible to succeed at anything substantial.

This is a very complex subject... I think I hear my brain frying!
So good. Dreaming alone is never as fun as dreaming with others. It's those companions who keep us going when things get tough. Beautiful image to capture a great concept.

So true! Everything is more fun (and possibly more powerful?) when done together.
